Rule 127: Simultaneous uploads
If the (voice synth) song also has a human-sung version uploaded less than a week apart, set the song entry as an original song and tag it with “simultaneous upload”.

If a voice synth song also has an official human-sung version and both of them are published less than a week apart, the (voice synth) song entry should have the “Original song” type and be tagged with simultaneous upload.
Otherwise, if the human-sung version is published more than a week before the voice synth version, the song entry is a cover, tagged with the “self-cover” tag.
Add the human-sung version as the reference following the “Specify original” rule, plus the publish date (unless it exists on VocaDB/TouhouDB/UtaiteDB).
These rules do not apply if both songs have entries on VocaDB.
