Rule 165: No default avatars
Do not add default avatars to artist entries.
(Applies to all artist entries)
Do not add images/pictures to artist entries if it is the default avatar or one from the default avatar collection for some website (Piapro for example).

These table contains some default avatars that shouldn’t be added to artist entries. Note that this list is not exhaustive.
